Returns
You have the right to register your order for return up to 30 days after receipt. You then have another 14 days to return your product. You will then be credited with the full order amount. Only the costs for returning from your home to the webshop are at your own expense. If you make use of your right of withdrawal, the product with all accessories supplied and - if reasonably possible - in the original condition and packaging will be returned to the entrepreneur. To make use of this right, you can contact us via contact@ziemi.nl. We will then refund the order amount due within 14 days after registration of your return, provided that the product has already been returned in good order.

Return Exceptions
A return request will not be accepted if damage has been caused to the product due to misuse of the product.

Warranty
You have a 2-year warranty on the product starting from the date of purchase of the product. You are entitled to the warranty when the delivered product does not function as communicated in advance. You must claim your warranty via the email contact@ziemi.nl, this will be processed within 10 working days. If the product has been used in a different way than communicated by the entrepreneur, your warranty will expire.
